You don’t have to be the most well-known broker, or the highest-grossing team lead, what you need is to be ALIGNED. How do you assign my personal Sales Consultant?

When you apply to Serhant Preferred, the first thing you’ll do is meet with one of our expert solutions advisors. They will work with you to get to know your background, your current situation, and your goals. Once we determine who you are and why you’re here, we’ll match you with your best-fit Sales Consultant.

How much 1:1 support will I get?

Your first kickoff call with your personal Sales Consultant will run for one hour. Then, you’ll meet with them monthly. In between each of your meetings, you will be executing on strategies and objectives defined in your consulting sessions. If you have questions, need something reviewed, or just want direction and connection, you can hop into a weekly office hour hosted by our Sales Consultants. Plus, you get unlimited access to your Consultant via Slack and email.

I need more support for my agents. Can I supplement with other Sell It Like Serhant trainings?

Certainly! When you join Serhant Preferred, your team members get to participate in a Sell It Like Serhant onboarding kick-off call with SERHANT. team members and monthly live digital training with other Serhant Preferred community agents, plus they gain access to the Sell It Like Serhant Community Membership and 25% off all digital courses. Think your team needs more? No problem! Speak to our Solutions Advisors about ways to amplify with other Sell It Like Serhant team trainings.

Do you offer any in-person sessions for Serhant Preferred members?

Serhant Preferred members get the opportunity to attend our Annual Broker Summit in New York City. This in-person event was developed to help Serhant Preferred members network with SERHANT. leaders, fellow brokers, and industry experts in a face-to-face environment.
At this time, we do not offer in-person supports as a part of the Serhant Preferred program. However, if you have something in mind, please speak with your Solutions Advisor for more information.

Can I bring my team members to Serhant Sales Sessions?

No — Serhant Sales Sessions are for brokerage owners and team leads only. These sessions are specifically crafted to help Preferred brokerage owners and team leads futurize and accelerate business and team structures. We aim to keep these workshops as intimate as possible to ensure presentations and discussions are productive and inclusive. Although we do not have space to accommodate all team members on these calls, we encourage brokerage owners and team leads to share knowledge gleaned from these sessions with their teams.

What happens after I apply?

When you apply, you’ll schedule a one-on-one session with one of our Solutions Advisors. They’ll work with you to determine whether you’re a good fit for Serhant Preferred or if we may have another program that’s better suited to your needs. Once you’re accepted into the program, you’ll meet with your Solutions Advisor again. That’s when they’ll get you up to speed and onboard you with everything you need to know about Serhant Preferred — you’ll learn who your personal Sales Consultant will be, what days of the week you’ll be meeting, get our community programming schedule, and be introduced to the broker community. From there, you’ll be on your way to leading with Serhant Preferred.
