For those who know me, you know I LOVE the Patriots. Be like the Patriots and find quality people. Find people who understand your vision and are better at the things you suck at — ESPECIALLY AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Nurture their talent and help grow them as people, so they don’t leave you. If you give someone an amazing opportunity and platform to succeed, they’ll want to give back.
